It started with a table.
The idea for Pluk began with a simple concept: a large dining table where plants and greenery would become an integral part of the furniture. Not something added afterwards, but something designed into the table from the very beginning.
This led to a simple question:
What if growing could become part of the furniture we live with?
The original concept was ambitious, a large table designed to bring people, plants and nature together. But as the idea evolved, we realised that the essence of the concept could be brought into a more compact form, designed for everyday living.
That idea became Pluk Float.

How much water does Pluk Float hold?
The water reservoir is specifically tailored for the compact design of the Pluk Float table, holding enough water to reliably feed all 7 plant positions through capillary action without constant intervention.
How often do I need to refill it?
Thanks to the hydro-system and Pluk pebbles setup, you typically only need to check and top up the water reservoir every few weeks / months, depending on the growth stage and ambient temperature.
How long does it take to grow?
Growth timing is entirely plant dependent: most fast-growing herbs and leafy greens show visible sprouts within days, and you can usually begin harvesting your first fresh leaves within 3 to 4 weeks.
Which plants can I grow?
The system is optimized for leafy greens, fresh herbs, and small companion plants.
How do Seed Plugs work?
Our custom plugs come pre-sown with seeds. Once placed in the Pluk Float pot, the dry plug naturally draws water upward via capillary action, dissolving the fixative and instantly activating the seed. To speed up the process it is recommended to sprinkle the plugs with a bit of water after placing it in the Pluk Float.
How long do the lights run?
The integrated lighting operates on an automated daily cycle optimized to give your indoor garden the precise hours of light needed for vigorous, healthy growth, and you can also easily set your own custom timers to suit your preferences.
Can I grow year-round?
Yes, because the Pluk Float is an indoor smart garden furniture system complete with its own lighting and water supply, you can cultivate fresh greens 365 days a year regardless of the outdoor season.
What is included?
Your Pluk Float comes equipped with the indoor garden table structure, the 7 planting pots, Pluk pebbles, the automated water level indicator, and your choice of ready-to-use seed plug refills.
Can I use my own seeds?
The pre-sown plugs are designed for ultimate plug-and-play convenience, though advanced users can experiment by placing custom seeds into standard compatible plain plugs, which are available as a convenient set.
How do I clean the water reservoir?
Simply empty any residual water, rinse the reservoir clean with warm water, and wipe down the components periodically between planting cycles to keep the system fresh.
