Did you know? Arugula can be harvested only around a month after sowing. Regular harvesting encourages fresh growth, while hot conditions can make it flower faster.

Care tip: Pick the outer leaves regularly while they are young and tender. Leave the centre to regrow. Remove flower stems if they appear to extend the leafy harvest.
